Communications & Operations Coordinator

Full-Time (40 hours/week) | Remote (Arkansas)

E8 is seeking a Communications & Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring smooth administrative, financial, and organizational processes in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, mission-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

The Communications & Operations Coordinator will also support E8’s communications work through email campaigns, website updates, newsletter and story development, graphics, and digital content.

E8 is seeking a Community Impact Strategist to join the Communities Team and support local and statewide efforts to strengthen early childhood systems. This role will facilitate E8 models for change in partner communities while providing training and technical assistance to Local Lead Organizations through a partnership with the Office of Early Childhood at the Arkansas Department of Education.

Strong candidates are relationship-builders who help communities turn data into action. They are skilled at facilitating collaborative planning processes, gathering and interpreting information, and supporting local leaders to improve outcomes for children and families.
