Operations and Communications Coordinator
Lizbeth Hoyle serves as Operations and Communications Coordinator with Excel by Eight, where she supports day-to-day operations, communications, project coordination, and community engagement. She helps strengthen internal systems, coordinate organizational initiatives, develop communications materials, and support collaboration among staff and community partners.
With experience in the legal field since 2017, Lizbeth has developed a strong background in administrative coordination, client-centered service, and mission-driven work. She previously held accreditation as a representative recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice, an experience that expanded her knowledge of immigration-related legal services and community support. Lizbeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from Arkansas Tech University.

When I was a child, an adult who made a difference in my life was: my ESL teacher. She was the most selfless person I have ever met.
