This fall, Excel by Eight received two awards recognizing our work to improve the health and well-being of Arkansas children and families. We’re grateful to the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas and the Arkansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics for this recognization and for their continued partnership in strengthening outcomes for children across the state.

Blue & You Foundation Innovation in Action Award

Excel by Eight is honored to be one of five inaugural Innovation in Action Award recipients recognized by the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas in celebration of its 25th anniversary.

The Foundation recognized E8’s work bringing families, communities, policymakers, and business leaders together to remove barriers and strengthen the resources children need for a strong start. Each organization received a surprise $25,000 gift in recognition of its work to improve health and quality of life across Arkansas.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Blue & You Foundation for this generous gift and for believing in our work to help Arkansas children and families thrive. This recognition means a great deal to our team, especially coming from a longtime partner that has invested so much in the health of our state.

We’re honored to stand alongside Immerse Arkansas, Restore Hope, Providence Park Homes, and Wolfe Street Foundation. Congratulations to our fellow award recipients, and thank you to Blue & You for 25 years of investing in the many organizations working to improve health and quality of life across Arkansas!

Arkansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics Building Brighter Futures for Kids Award

Excel by Eight also received the Building Brighter Futures for Kids Award at the Arkansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ annual conference. The award recognizes a community organization that has been a friend and collaborator to ARAAP through aligned advocacy for children’s health and well-being.

We’re grateful for the recognition and for our continued partnership with Arkansas pediatricians working to improve outcomes for children and families across the state. Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees!
